    • All orders are shipped by UPS Ground on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
    • Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
    • If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
  • Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations.
    If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 3 business days.
  • Additional charges may apply for larger , multiple items that exceed the flat rate of $15. Please call the shop for a quote 323-856-5872.
  • We can expedite shipping 1,2,3 day ... additional charges will be applied separately and your credit card will be needed. Please call the shop after your order is placed and we will calculate additional charges as needed 323-856-5872.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WITH USPS and orders taken by phone or email.
  • Hawaii and Alaska will have additional shipping charges calculated after purchase.


  • If you are not completely satisfied with your Lost & Found Online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
  • Returns must be postmarked and returned back to the shop within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. The returned items need to be received within 14 days.
  • All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.
  • Packing slips are required for all returns.
  • HOLIDAY /CHRISTMAS RETURNS can be made on full price items only for store credit or exchange if returned to the shop on or before 1/7/2024 and the purchase was made prior to 12/25/2023.
  • We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
  • Original packaging must be intact in sellable condition. When returning shoes, the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.
  • Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
  • We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
  • We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. You must include receipt for (ground only) shipping with return or you will not be refunded.
  • If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by phone or email before sending it back to us.
  • Sale merchandise, art work, underwear, bathing suits, beauty/apothecary products, music, video, and book are Final Sale.
  • We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

  • Shipping costs from Lost & Found will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipper used for International orders is USPS.
  • Shipping is billed separately after calculated.
  • Customers are responsible for all duties ad custom fees.

  • Due to the costly nature of shipping internationally; we do not accept returns or exchanges- if you are uncertain of any size, color etc. PLEASE contact us at info@lostandfoundshop.com prior to placing an order.


  • We will be happy to refund you the difference if your full price purchased item is marked down within 7 days. ***This does not apply to a sale item that is marked down further. Does not apply to store purchases.


  • Sales Tax will be added to your order if we are shipping within California. If Lost & Found is not collecting your state’s taxes, you are expected to comply with your state’s current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.


  • Lost & Found does not sell or distribute any customer information, under any circumstance, including those subscribed to our mailing list.


  • The Lost & Found website features secured payment using MIVA and is hosted on a server featuring SSL and a Thawte SSL Certificate. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a protocol that enables a web browser and a web server to communicate securely. Security is provided by:
